    初中是教育发展的重要阶段，对学生的学习和后期的发展都有着重要的影响。数学教学的过程中，培养学生的逆向思维，可以帮助学生更好的思考，对学生的综合素养提升有着重要的作用。素质教育的背景下，对于初中生的教学，以全面发展为主，所以初中数学教学中培养学生的逆向思维，符合了素质教育的方向。
