    随着人事考试信息化的逐步深化，人事考试信息系统的网络安全风险也随之增大。不法分子利用安全漏洞，非法获取人员考试信息资源。如何更好地防范网络安全风险，合理构建网络安全解决方案，确保人员考试的公平、公正、公开，对保证考试的安全、科学、规范顺利发展具有重要的现实意义。
