Abstract：

在素质教育不断落实的当下，做好初中阶段的素质教育，积极影响学生的性格，培养学生的形成良好行为习惯是非常重要的。体育课程作为一门育人课程，其不仅需要学生学习体育知识，形成体育技能，还需要教师明确体育学习对学生健康的重要影响，在“健康第一”指导思想的引领下，为学生创造出健康课堂。
