素质教育背景下，学校管理受到了国家和社会的广泛关注，尤其是初中学校的管理，初中生处于身心发展的关键时期，学校管理的质量直接会对学生今后的学习和成长带来极大的影响，同时，也会对学生的综合素养的培养造成极大影响。近年来，人本化管理理念和模式在学校管理中的应用越来越频繁，并且极大程度提高了学校管理的质量。
