    Abstract：

    在幼儿园教学实践中，开展幼儿行为观察与分析具有非常重要的现实作用。通过幼儿行为的观察与分析，能够提前预判幼儿在学习成长过程中存在的问题或者障碍，同时也便于教师积累经验，更好地指导和促进广大幼儿的健康成长。在幼儿行为观察与分析过程中，教师应该明确观察的内容，也应该运用科学的观察分析手段。
