    班级工作纷繁琐碎，对于班主任而言，只有真正走进学生的内心世界，与学生建立亦师亦友的关系，才能更好的开展工作。今天我要讲的是我在班级管理中巧用两本本子的故事，它不仅缩短了我与学生之间的距离，而且使我的班级管理更加轻松自如。
