    Abstract：

    体育教学是培养新时代高质量人才核心素养的重要组成。在高中学习成长的重要阶段，首先健康的身体及成长得以保证，才能有更好的状态投入到其他文化知识科目的学习中去。而当今高中生体育锻炼中，首先体能方面就存在着一定的问题，阻碍了体育教育的顺利进行。本文主要从高中体育教学中，体能训练的意义和创新型策略的支持效果，探讨了健康体能训练在高中体育教学中的应用。
