Abstract：

素质教育要求我们要面向全体学生，使学生的思想道德、文化科学、劳动技能、身体心理素质得到全面和谐地发展，个性特长得到充分的培育。这是一项长期的、具有划时代意义的改革。学校教育是我国主要的教学形式，班级授课制是学校教育的基本形式。因此，作为“班集体灵魂”的班主任应该充分认识到自己所承担的历史重任
