    随着留守儿童作为一种特殊的社会现象出现，政府、学校、公益组织等机构不断提高对留守儿童的关注。本文从当下留守儿童面临的主要问题着手，分析研究针对留守儿童的关爱措施，探讨社会层面、学校机构、监护人角度对留守儿童诸多关爱措施的适用情况，为实用可行高效的留守儿童关爱措施的提出建议。
