Abstract：

心理健康教育比较重要，在良好的心理健康教育的指引下，学生能够逐渐地形成良好的思想，更为积极地进行知识的学习，更好地看待人和事物，使得自身获得更好的发展。初中班主任在进行班级管理时，应该多多关注学生的心理，承担起属于班主任的职责，强化对学生的心理健康教育，让学生能够在班主任的指引下，健康成长。
