    Abstract：

    小组合作学习模式作为高中化学课程的一种新型模式，实现了学生学习方式的改变。这一模式以提高学生探究能力为宗旨，在尊重学生个性发展需要的前提下促进学生主动性、能动性的发挥，从而使不同层面的学生都能在学习活动中获得一定的发展。对此，本文笔者以高中化学学科为切入点，从以下三个方面对小组合作的有效性策略展开分析。
