Abstract：
随着时代的发展和社会的进步，新课改对小学数学中高年级教学提出了新的要求与挑战，在学习过程中，不能再仅仅局限于传统的教学模式，教师要注重引导学生进行特色作业设计，既要掌握教材上基本的知识内容，又能够将日常学习中的课下作业设计出学科独有的特色，同时，教师要根据小学数学中高年级教学的特点，充分尊重每一位学生的发展规律，合理的对待学生个体之间的差异，引导学生在学习过程中养成良好的学习习惯，不断地培养学生的创造性思维，为学生的全面发展奠定良好的基础。
