    Abstract：

    档案袋是一种有目的的收集学生学习资料的方式，它能够证明学生的努力、进步和在学习上取得的成就。不同于传统意义上的档案袋，第二语言档案袋既可以关注某一个具体的语言技能，如英语阅读等，又能够涵盖英语语言发展的各个方面。本文通过简要探讨档案袋评价的优点及其在初中英语阅读教学中的运用，进而体现档案袋评价对教师和学生“教与学”的促进作用。
