    Abstract：

    中国近现代音乐史分期问题，是中国近现代音乐史学研究一个重要而令人颇感棘手的难题。现代“中国音乐史”形成和建立的这一百年中，“历史分期”是一个关键性的问题。就目前所广泛使用的各种中国音乐史教材，以及这些年来中国史学界及中国音乐史学界对这个问题的探讨来看，其分期的分法仍然需要在更广的层面上进行思考和挖掘。
