    Abstract：

    中职生文化基础薄弱,而作文课在语文课中又占有很有重要的比例，大多数的中职生看见作文几乎都无异于是遇上了洪水猛兽。曾经做过一份关于中职生作文写作情况的调查，现状令人堪忧：大部分学生“怕写作文”、认为“没有什么好写的”、“没有思路”、“不知该怎么写，不知该从何下手”、“写作时没耐心”,那么在中职院校中开展语文有效片段的作文训练会不会改善这样的情况呢，下面我们一起进行分析。
