高职学前教育专业学生反思性实践能力培养的路径探析

Abstract：
《幼儿园教师专业标准（试行）》指出幼儿教师要不断的进行反思，改进保教工作，并针对保教工作中的现实需要与问题进行探索和研究。表明反思性实践能力已成为新时代幼儿教师必备的专业技能。高职院校学前教育专业致力于培养服务地方的一线幼儿教师，因此探索高职学前教育专业学生反思性实践能力培养的有效路径显得尤为重要。本文从高职院校实际出发，探讨了反思性实践能力培养的内涵及目标，尝试探索构建了“以兴趣为导向的反思意识唤醒、以任务为导向的反思能力训练、以实践反馈为导向的反思能力提升”的反思性实践能力培养路径。
