Abstract：
从教三十多年来，我带着爱心、耐心、细心走近学生，从孩子的实际出发，蹲下身子融入孩子当中，用赏识的眼光来看待他们，挖掘每个孩子的闪光点，真正的理解他们，尊重他们，选择适合他们的教学方式，竭力为学生的快乐和成功提供舞台，从而促进学生得到多方面的发展。
