    道德素养的形成，是小学生成长的重要标志，对于小学生未来的发展具有非常重要的意义。现阶段，素质教育是我国教育领域中的主流教育指导方针，在素质教育中，提倡培养学生的综合素养，实现全面的进步，我国是礼仪之邦，道德素养的培养必须要从小学抓起，在小学阶段，采用合理的教学模式，提升学生的道德素养。本文对小学班主任德育工作进行分析，并且提出了几点浅见
