    随着新课程的改革和素质教育口号的提出，学校创新提出“走班制”这一全新教学方式。开展“走班制”进行有效的高中物理课堂教学实践活动从而提高学生的学科素质和核心素养，成为新时代新型人才。本文将从吸引兴趣、分层布置作业、及时评价三个方面来探索如何在“走班制”背景下提高高中物理课堂教学的有效性。
