Abstract：
高校是人才培养的重要阵地，新时期背景下的高校教育不仅要培养具备较强专业能力的人才，还要结合德育教育，真正围绕着三全育人这一理念，培养出具备良好道德素养和专业知识能力的高素质、综合型人才。本文对新时期高校三全育人德育模式的重要性进行了探讨，分析了新时期构建高校三全育人德育模式及其运作机制有效策略。
