    高速公路档案信息化建设主要指运用信息技术不断挖掘和开发档案信息资源，做好档案管理工作，有效保护高速公路档案，促进档案利用率的不断提升。高速公路档案信息资料庞大，数据杂乱，人工管理费时费力。信息管理的引入和运用，既可以有效节约人力资源，又有利于分类和整理相关数据。高速公路信息化建设一经完成，必然会促进高速公路档案利用效率和档案资源信息共享程度的提升，从而更好地服务档案的分类管理和存储，方便后续检索和复制。
