    Abstract：

    当前，高校党团衔接存在一定问题，如优秀团员的入党不够积极、入党动机不端正、党团教育重视程度不平衡、教育内容不够系统、党团衔接不够紧密、手段渠道不够丰富等。高校“青马工程”与党团教育在培养目标、培养对象、培养内容、培养载体等方面基本一致，高校可利用“青马工程”构建党团衔接的长效机制。本文从构建党团衔接长效机制的指导思想、主要原则入手，继而探究高校“青马工程”在党团衔接中的长效机制。
