    在高中教育阶段，学生的人生观、价值观逐渐成形，在这样特殊的阶段，班主任需要进行有效的德育指导，促使学生养成正确的人生观、价值观。对于高中班主任的德育，应在传统方法的基础上，结合时代发展的脉络进行有效创新，促使学生能够获得更为有效的德育成果。结合具体高中班主任德育的过程，试图揭示出一条高中班主任德育创新路径，进一步促进德育研究的发展。
