    Abstract：

    随着现代化社会的快速发展，为了节省城市占地，城市的居民住宅建筑有越来越增高的趋势，这也为消防安全管理工作提出了挑战和更高的要求。本文根据一线工作的经验，对高层住宅小区的消防安全管理工作的现状进行了细致的分析，并对如何改进提出了一些自己的对策，希望能为推进消防安全管理工作的发展提供一些借鉴和参考。
