随着我国市场经济体制的迅速发展，包括工程建设在内的各个领域的市场竞争日益激烈。为了不断提高综合实力，工程建设公司必须更加重视工程建设管理，以确保工程施工质量，降低工程造价，提高工程进度，促进工程建设公司经济效益的提高。为了不断提高工程和施工管理水平，建筑公司必须重视使用创新的工程和施工管理方法，以便他们能够合理地提高其工程和施工管理能力。
