    Abstract：

    近年来，随着时代的发展与社会的进步，建筑理念较之前相比也获得很大的发展与进步，人们也逐渐意识到建筑物的安全性，越来越重视检测鉴定房屋结构的安全性能，并深入探究了房屋结构加固方法。基于此，有必要根据房屋建筑的实际情况来鉴定、加固房屋结构的安全性，从而才能为人们的安全、社会的和谐发展与进步创造良好条件。
