Abstract：
随着时代的快速发展，会计行业如今已经成为当下社会的主要行业之一，然而我国从事会计领域的人员虽多，但是缺乏高端专业人才，其主要原因在于中职《基础会计》人才培养模式较为单一，使得学生只能具备一定的基础会计知识，但难以应用于实践，综合业务水平不足。针对上述问题，中职院校要针对会计行业理清教学思路，形成一个集理论、实践为一体的高效人才培养体系，为社会培养出更多的高素质会计人才。
