Abstract：

每个学生的学习能力和基础不同，如果大家都是学习一样的内容，做一样的练习，那么难免学习差的学生跟不上学习进度，学习好的学生重复很多自己已经熟练掌握的内容。为了让后进生能够把基础打好，让尖子生能够得到更好的锻炼，让中间的学生能够有针对性的提高，分层教学是一个很好的教学模式。
