    幼儿园文化是群体行为价值取向的一种表现。它体现了幼儿园的精神面貌，是幼儿园的品牌形象，也是幼儿园得以持续发展的内驱动力。健康和谐的幼儿园文化能给师生创造一个心理磁场，从而起到润物细无声的教育作用，激发教师的阳光心态，推动幼儿园文化内涵发展。本文就如何做有灵魂的幼儿园文化建设做了研究和总结。
