以核心素养为导向，结合均衡编班的教学背景，探讨初中生物课堂活动的优化路径，旨在促进学生科学思维、探究能力与合作精神的全面提升。文章聚焦教育公平与素养培育的双重目标，从课堂活动设计、互动机制构建、差异化指导、评价体系完善以及多元资源整合等方面进行分析与归纳，力求为一线教学实践提供可行的思路和操作路径，推动课堂质量提升与学生核心素养的持续发展。
