    本研究聚焦于将积极心理学理念融入高中生物实验教学，深入阐述如何通过这一融合过程系统提升学生的抗挫折能力。研究首先分析当下高中生物实验教学中在学生抗挫折能力培养方面的现状，明确积极心理学在生物实验教学中应用的独特特点与重要价值，进而提出具体且具有可操作性的实施路径，并辅以真实的教学案例进行说明，旨在为高中教育阶段培养学生心理韧性提供切实有效的策略，助力学生在学习与生活中更好地应对各类挑战。
