Abstract：
在现代建筑工程发展中，信息化程度不断提升，尤其是智能建造技术的应用，与工程管理合理融合，不仅可以实现对资源的合理分配与利用，提升施工精度，也能有效节约工程建设成本。鉴于此，本文以保利·都荟天珺项目为例，以智能建造技术为切入点，深入分析其在工程管理中的应用，并从经济效益和管理效益两个方面着手，剖析智能建造技术的应用价值。
