    Abstract：

    随着智慧城市建设的推进，多功能智能杆作为城市基础设施的重要组成部分，逐渐受到重视。本文以深圳市坪山区为例，探讨了既有路灯杆改造为多功能智能杆的施工难点，包括杆体结构加固、电气与防雷系统升级、设备兼容与集成、管线敷设与空间管理等方面，并提出了相应的解决方案。通过实际案例分析，验证了解决方案的可行性和有效性，为类似工程提供了参考。
