初中生作文开头段作为写作的重要组成部分，承载着引导读者、奠定文章基调的关键作用。然而，开头段的认知负荷水平直接影响学生的写作效率与质量。本文基于认知负荷理论，系统测量初中生在作文开头段写作过程中的认知负荷状态，探讨不同认知负荷类型对写作表现的影响机制。研究通过多维度指标解析认知资源的分配与使用，为优化作文教学提供理论支撑与实践路径，旨在提升初中生写作能力的科学性与有效性。
