Abstract：
青年教师是教育事业的重要后备力量，注重青年教师教育教学能力培养，是推动高中青年教师专业成长的基本要求。新时期高中教育改革不断深化背景下，准确把握青年教师教育教学能力培养导向，系统优化培养策略，形成更为完善的培养机制，才能够为教师专业成长奠定坚实基础。本文从高中青年教师教育教学能力培养意义出发，分析当前高中青年教师教育教学实践面临问题及挑战，有针对性地提出具体培养策略，以此为高中青年教师培养活动开展提供参考，切实打造一支适应高中教育改革需求的青年教师队伍，为高中教育事业高质量发展提供人才支持。
