    “课赛融合”教学模式通过将课程与技能竞赛有机结合，推动理论与实践的双向互动，在学前教育领域具有重要应用价值。本文以《儿童行为观察》课程为依托，整合职业技能大赛的实践性与综合性理念，优化教学模式，以提升学生的观察技能。
