Abstract：
小升初语文教学衔接中存在内容断层、思维跳跃和学习方式转换困难等问题，影响学生语文学科核心素养的发展。基于地理学科育人视角下的新教材实践，探索跨学科整合路径，借助地理的情境构建与任务导向策略，促进语言表达、逻辑思维与人文认知的衔接转化，为语文教学顺利过渡提供新思路。
