Abstract：
优化人才培养方案是国际中文教育事业持续蓬勃发展的现实需要与必然要求。经检索文献发现，国际中文教育专业人才培养研究主要围绕着“课程设置”“培养方案”“就业”等方面展开分析，而产出导向下的人才培养分析较少，现如今，有关国际中文教育专业人才培养的研究已取得了一定的成果，但仍存在一些问题和不足，未来研究应进一步关注市场需求的变化。
