Abstract：
现代教育体系中，职业教育与普通教育属于不同的类型，但是却同样占据重要地位。随着职普融通的深入推进，高职院校作为职业教育的重要阵地，肩负着探索创新人才培养路径的使命，以培养契合社会多元需求的高素质技术技能人才。然而，当前高职院校转型发展过程中，面临着办学理念与时代脱节，人才培养模式固化等问题，制约着人才培养质量的提升。基于此，文章探究职业教育与普通教育的融合路径，推动高职院校办学思路与人才培养模式的创新升级，以全面提升人才培养质量。
