Abstract：
中华文明根植于农耕文明，将农耕文化中蕴含的丰富教育资源融入高校学生教育有助于探索中华优秀传统文化培根铸魂的育人新路径，为教育高质量发展提供丰富滋养。深入挖掘农耕文化中的优秀思想观念、人文精神、道德规范，并引入高校学生价值体系的构建十分必要。文章从传统农耕文化中提炼出的基本属性出发，在阐述其对高校育人现实意义的基础上提出可供操作的实践路径。
