Abstract：
根据目前高职院校药学专业有机化学教学的实际情况，从教学观念、教学内容、教学过程、教学评估等几个方面进行探讨与实践，提出一系列的教学改革举措，即双主体教学模式提高教学水平、三阶段培养策略提升综合素质、四融合教学方法丰富课程内容；在解决传统教学方式存在缺陷的基础上，提高教师的教学能力，增强学生的学习兴趣，对高职院校药学专业的课程教学具有一定的借鉴意义。
