Abstract：
随着教育改革不断深入，高中阶段思政课教师需要具备更全面的能力结构。本文着重分析教师需要具备哪些基本素养，讨论当前实际教学中存在的一些不足之处，比如说师德修养、学科知识储备、课堂教学方法，还有科研能力与持续学习意识等多个层面，尝试给出具有操作性的改进建议。这些建议简单来说就是希望能为教师群体的职业发展提供参考方向。
