Abstract：
人工智能、大数据等技术的快速发展对教育领域带来了深刻的变革，在大学英语教学方面表现较为突出，面临着数字化转型的挑战，而这也对大学英语教师提出了更高的要求，不仅需要过硬的数字素养，而且需要高度的人文精神。本文从价值意蕴、现实困境与优化路径三个维度，从人文引领、技术赋能、教学创新、评价体系等方面探讨大学英语教师数字素养与人文精神的融合逻辑，为新时代外语教师专业发展提供有益参考。
