Abstract：
阅读，本应是打开知识宝库与心灵世界的钥匙，却在一些农村学生手中未能充分发挥其作用；写作，作为思想情感表达与思维逻辑呈现的重要方式，也常常让农村学子们感到困惑与无从下手。但我们深知，阅读与写作恰似语文学习的双翼，只有二者协同共进，才能助力学生在语文的天空中自由翱翔。基于此，笔者深入探索农村初中语文教学的现状与需求，开启了一场旨在构建阅读素养与写作能力协同发展的校本课程开发与实践之旅，为农村初中语文教学的改革与发展开辟一条充满希望与活力的新路径。
