Abstract：
本研究以“我想得到一个‘e’”为主题，构建真实问题情境，引导学生自主发现并解决显微镜操作中的常见问题。教学设计基于DOK模型，逐步深化认知层次，促进学生对显微镜使用的深度理解。通过问题驱动，学生在动手实践、问题反思及合作交流中提升操作技能、思维能力与书写能力。
