    Abstract：

    BIM+VR技术是建筑行业的新兴技术，对高职相关课程改革具有重要意义。课程中引入BIM技术与VR技术，能够让学生体验虚拟现实中的场景，更好地理解和掌握专业知识，并且能够将所学理论知识与实际工程相结合。本文针对《智能化工程设计》课程教学中存在的问题，分析将BIM+VR技术引入课程教学的优势，探讨如何有效地将“BIM+VR”应用到教学，为传统教学注入新的活力。
