“双减”政策对课后作业设计提出了新要求。调研发现,当前中小学课后作业设计存在离身性倾向,具体表征为作业内容身心分离、负载情境脱域、体验逻辑预设等,制约着作业育人功能的发挥。从具身认知理论审视课后作业设计需要关照学生学习的具身性、情境性与生成性机理。基于此,本文提出课后作业设计在具身性建构上,激活多感官经验、融合情感与认知;情境性建构上,创设多元情境、打造个性化体验;生成性建构中,突出过程导向、鼓励创新等三方面优化,促进学生认知与情感的全面发展,落实“双减”政策要求,提升作业的育人效能。
