Abstract：
在新课标理念的影响下，高中物理教学工作也发生了翻天覆地的变化。为了能够从根本上提高学生对物理知识的理解，使学生能够更好地学习物理知识，教师需要对传统的教学方法进行变革，以满足学生的学习需求，提高学生的学习水平。而在多种教学理念中，人本理念的应用可以促使教师更好地摆脱原有教学模式所产生的束缚，致力于全面提高学生的学科素养，以推动学生的全面发展。基于此，本文通过对新课标背景下高中物理教学中人本理念的应用策略进行深入分析，希望可以为进一步推动高中物理教学工作的有序开展提供支持。
