Abstract：

作业作为教学过程中的关键环节，对于培养学生的良好习惯、巩固所学知识、提升综合能力具有不可替代的作用。在“双减”政策的引领下，初中英语教师应精心规划作业设计，旨在确保作业既符合不同层次学生的学习特点，又能有效促进他们的学业进步和综合素养的全面提升，从而实现真正意义上的减负增效、提质培优。
