Abstract：
深化语文课程改革的关键一环是“教-学-评”一体化，在教学目标的统领之下开展语文课程教学设计和实施，将教学评价以明暗线的方式交织在整个教学过程中。针对初中语文阅读板块非连续性文本“教”“学”“评”中存在孤立化、极简化和考-教分离等问题进行分析，通过剖析“教-学-评”一体化三层模型底层逻辑，建构初中语文阅读板块非连续性文本“教-学-评”一体化教学设计流程，倡导多元评价模式。
